Return Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the invoice date for unused, unopened items which are in their original packaging. You may return the merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax within 30 days of the invoice date less shipping and gift wrapping where applies. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

If you have received a free gift and your final amount after the refund of returned item(s) is less than the minimum purchase amount to qualify for the free gift, please send the free gift with your returned item(s) or we will charge you for the free gift at the price stated on our website.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

(UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) Please ship back to us using Federal Express, UPS or other couriers that can provide delivery confirmation. It will be your sole responsibility for any packages that have not been received by kareneparis.com and without the tracking information by courier.

Any packages returned to kareneparis.com marked "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to return shipping charges.

Please allow up to two billing cycles from the date of return for credits to appear on your credit card statement. Please include a copy of the invoice when returning the merchandise for a refund.

Exchange Policy
